Salut à tous,
Our Paris trip is reaching the end. We had successful days filled with programs.
At 8:30am, we took the train to meet everyone at Gare Saint Lazare in Paris. We then took the Metro 12 to Sevrés-Babylone station where we changed to the Metro 10 until the Cardinal Lemoine station. We visited the Église Saint-Étienne-du-Mont, then we went to the Arènes de Lutece. It is one of the oldest arenas in Paris dating to the time of the ancient Romans.
Then at 10:30am, we went do Les Jardins du Plantes where we visited Les Animaux de Menagerie. We saw monkeys, parrots, flamingos, owls and other animals that are preserved.
Then we had a picnic in Les Jardins du Plantes at 12pm.
At 1:10pm, we went to the Pantheon where we stayed for more than one hour. It is one of the oldest churches in Paris, and we saw graves of Marie Curie, Rousseau or Voltaire underneath the building.
After we went to Jardin du Luxembourg. By accident, we saw the apartment of Emily from Emily in Paris. Before we went to the mosque in Paris, we had a short break at the salon du the where we drank mint tea and ate Moroccan biscuits. After that, we had the choice to visit the mosque.
Then we had free time. Every time that I go to Paris, I discover something new. The city is special and full of diversity.
